Coaching built on honesty, structure, and real-world experience.
I founded BadrWorx on a simple belief: most people don't need more advice — they need clarity, honest reflection, and someone in their corner who will hold them to what they say they want.
Throughout my career building complex technical platforms and managing high-performing organizations, the most rewarding moments have always been centered around people — helping leaders step into greater influence, guiding professionals through high-stakes career transitions, and helping organizations translate ambition into strategy.
That perspective wasn't learned from a textbook. It comes from decades of lived experience with leadership, careers, organizations, difficult decisions, competing priorities, success, setbacks, and transitions — the full arc of a professional life, not just the highlight reel.
Nearly 25 years were spent at Apple, where I led large organizations through periods of intense growth, change, and complexity. Operating at that scale taught me what actually moves people and teams forward: clarity, candor, and the discipline to turn ambition into action. That's the experience I bring to every coaching conversation at BadrWorx.
I work with clients as a partner, not a lecturer. Sessions are structured but human: we name what's actually going on, define what success looks like in concrete terms, and build a plan you'll actually follow — because you built it with me, not for me.
Whether it's a life transition, a career crossroads, or a business challenge, the method is the same: get honest about the current state, get specific about the goal, and get moving with accountability along the way.
My clients are professionals, leaders, and business owners who are capable and driven — but feel stuck, stretched thin, or unsure of the next move. If that sounds familiar, we should talk.
Because this is about work — the meaningful kind. Growth doesn't come from insight alone; it comes from insight put to work, consistently, over time. That's what we do here.
